Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
